James J. Pollifrone, D.O.

James J. Pollifrone, D.O., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon practicing at the Joint Institute of North Texas at Arlington Orthopedic Association, P.A.

Dr. Pollifrone received his undergraduate degree in mathematics at Hiram College in Ohio, and his medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He served a surgical internship at Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital, Youngstown, Ohio, and an orthopedic residency at Dallas/Fort Worth Medical Center, Grand Prairie, Texas.

His specialty includes general orthopedics, hand and total joint surgery, and fracture care for children. He is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, and Tarrant County Medical.
